Eva was very amenable and flexible with our booking to allow for different flight considerations both ways. The best thing we found for a group of seven adults was having plenty of room including the penthouse. Highly recommended and would love to stay again! Thank you so much!Posted on AirbnbVerified We had a lovely stay at this Villa, it was great location and a nice walk to the centre of town with plenty of choice for food and drinks. We had a few minor issues that were sorted relatively quickly, some of the appliances were faulty and needed replacing, which the host did without question. VillaBalea looked perfect for our big group (2 adults, 4 teenagers). The trip from the airport was quick and avoided all traffic congestions thanks to Villa Balea's location. Our rented car was safe, parked in the back yard inside the garden walls.We were positively surprised of the spacious house and pool area. Well enough for more than us 6 persons even without the studio. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, comfortable sofas and furniture. The bathrooms are big and tidy. (It is hard to find any negative experience.) The two wifi routers worked perfectly for all of us high internet consumers. The pool is fantastic, high standard, frequently cleaned by local staff and with a garden store of toys (beach tennis, air matress, etc). We spent a lot of time in the comfortable sun seats or under the shade at the table, playing games and eating lunch and dinner. One night we tried the house’s barbecue grilling delicious meat that we bought in the local supermarket. We noticed that the people in this neighborhood is demanding high standards and exclusive meat, vegetables, fruits, bread, etc. Perfect for us! Ciudad Quesada is a 15 minutes easy highway ride from Guardamar, the best beach in the whole Alicante region. The beach is many kilometers long with white sand that is kept nice and clean. Beautiful! We tried some other beaches in Torrevieja but were always disappointed because of the crowd and lack of space at the beach. So, back to Guardamar! We had dinner at some of the restaurants in the Ciudad Quesada center, 5 minutes’ walk away, where we chat with other tourists from Scandinavian and central European countries as well as Spanish people. There were some things that we did not understand like the air-condition or the oven fan so we called the local support Maria. She could either explain over phone or arrive at the house within 15 minutes. Great! At sun dawn we sat on the studio balcony with a precious view of the landscape. We have already showed pictures and recommended our friends this lovely place.
