Villa Balea is available for private rental for up to 8 guests. The villa has 6 beds in the main house and 2 beds in the studio, for a total sleeping capacity of 8 guests.

Your stay includes:
* electricity, pool, water, air conditioning, heating and bottled gas. The usage of kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower. Wifi internet, a brand new alarm system with picture and fire alarm connected to security company (Securitas), TV with Nordic and English speaking satellite channels and all local Spanish channels are also included. In addition, the villa includes comforter, pillow and blanket per person during stay. Please note that the pool is not heated.
*Due to the increasing demand of saving water and the environment in Spain, please don’t waste unnecessary water.
Final cleaning: We use professional cleaners. For prices make a trail booking in our booking system where we have all the up-dated prices. We ask our clients to throw away their garbage and empty the fridge
When you book via this website we offer towels (1 small and 1 large) and 1 beach towel as part of the deal.
Booking: You need to receive a confirmation email before your booking is complete. You can use our booking system, or email Eva Oscarsson for proposal and booking. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we ask you to pay the booking fee of 30% of the rental value. Before arrival we will also ask you to pay a deposit of 265 euros that will be paid together with the final payment. You will pay for the remaining value of the booking 8 weeks before the rental date. The deposit will be paid back to your bank account when we confirm that all keys are returned and the house is in good condition.
We work with Stripe for online card payment.
